ELIZABETH A. CUMMING graduated summa cum laude from Marymount College of Fordham University in 2001 and received her law degree cum laude, along with a Health Law Certificate, from Pace University School of Law in 2005. Ms. Cumming was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2006, and joined the law firm of Glassman & Brown, LLP as an associate attorney in 2006. Ms. Cumming became a partner as of January 1, 2015.

Ms. Cumming concentrates her practice of law in the areas of Trust and Estate Planning, Elder Law, Guardianships, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation and Real Estate, both residential and commercial.

Ms. Cumming has lectured at Westchester Community College on guardianship issues pursuant to Article 81 of New York’s Mental Hygiene Law and is a panelist for Westchester County’s Senior Law Day. She has lectured for Pace University School of Law’s Center for Continuing Legal Education program “Bridge the Gap” on Basic Elder Law. She is Co-Chair of the Health, Elder Law and Reproductive Rights Committee of the Westchester Woman’s Bar Association. She chairs a White Plains elder law study group and lectures to various community groups regarding elder law issues.

Ms. Cumming is a member of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, and she participates in the Elder Law, Trusts and Estates and Real Estate sections of each of these organizations.
